Month to Month

This is our month-to-month plan. No long-term commitment. Workout plans can be anywhere from 1 to 7 days per week, and the workout can change every 1 or 2 months depending on progress and goals. The workouts can be full body, single body part, multi body parts, with a combination of cardio and diet tips.

How it works

  • First, we go over where you are now, where you were at your best and where you want to be in terms of your health and wellness. In this we talk about goals and injuries and what you're doing now to help yourself toward those goals. We then come up with a plan to better help you achieve those goals. I will then put together a said set of exercises for you to do during your workouts. Everything is based on you, your goals and your needs.
